State Tactical Protection is a minority owned Security Operation serving the state of Texas and it’s environs. At STP, all Officers are fully, accurately, Licensed
and Insured Commissioned officers with background checks through the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS).
They are also registered, verified, finger printed and vetted by (TOPS), the Private Security Licensing regulating body from the Texas Department of Public safety. STP officers have over 30 years of combined security and officer experience. The main differentiator between STP and other security companies is that we are PROTECTORS by nature; all officers in our division have a passion for protection and preservation of Human lives and property, and have made a career out of security vs many in the industry which perform protection detail as a part time endeavor.
OUR METHODS OF OPERATION:
When it comes to Security, State Tactical Protection leverages lethal and non lethal methodologies in high risk sites, along with preservation of life and vandalism prevention. State Tactical Protection is always Semper Paratus (Always Ready) to respond.
State Tactical Protection was established to provide unparalleled Professional Security Protection Services, the objective is to consistently provide SAFE and quality services, while engaging in the protection of lives and properties to our prospective and various clients.
At STP we also have our RRTU (Rapid Response Tactical Unit); which are dispatched for severe emergency situations until local law enforcement arrives.
Our environments are as fluid as the weather; it can change at anytime.
Our officers are trained to be in a constant state of situation awareness when on duty, monitor human behavior patterns, risk assessment and threat level. State Tactical Protection Officers are trained to observe body language and be proactive vs reactive in their environment. Our first line of defense is always to “deescalate” a situation, and focus on less lethal options to adhere to preservation of life.
When on duty, STP officers strictly abide by the TOPS and DPS (Department of Public Safety) regulations for Armed Security officers in the State of Texas.
